You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law, we typically do not provide refunds for partially used billing periods.
If you believe a charge was made in error (duplicate charge, billing mistake, or unauthorized transaction), contact us within 7 days of the charge date at support@nextgenaihub.net.
If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank/payment provider.
